          12粒棋子 (6隻顏色，每款2粒)


使用說明：

1-2人遊戲

將棋子打亂放於桌上(顏色面朝上)，自行設定時間記下棋子位置。

將棋子翻下(顏色面朝下)。

擲骰子決定需要翻出甚麼顏色的棋子。

憑記憶選擇一粒棋子並以杯子蓋起來，以搖動杯子的方式翻起棋子讓顏色面朝上。

成功翻出與擲出的骰子顏色一樣的棋子為成功。


如雙人遊玩，則輪流擲骰子及翻棋子。

成功翻出與擲出的骰子顏色一樣的棋子，可獲得棋子。

最後獲得棋子愈多者獲勝。


好處：

記憶搖搖棋可以訓練長者的記憶力及觀察能力，減緩腦退化;

同時透過搖杯動作可訓練長者的手部肌肉。
