使用方法：
建議使用flo灌洗器
1. 每次使用之前用沸水清洗瓶子, 管和蓋子
2. 採用預先煮沸的微温水灌裝到巳清潔的flo瓶子至 200ml灌裝線
3. 將所有粉末倒入瓶中
4. 將蓋子和管緊緊的擰到瓶子上, 搖動直到所有粉末溶解
5. 站立在靠近水槽處, 以舒服的姿勢向前彎腰並且傾斜頭部,將蓋嘴緩慢的放入到一個鼻孔中近
出口位置, 張嘴並且通過口腔呼吸, 穩定並且輕柔的擠壓瓶子, 直到溶液從對側鼻孔或口腔引流出
6. 重複上述步驟直到使用了大約一半的溶液
7. 當瓶子需要用空氣再灌裝時, 在釋放按壓瓶子的手之前將瓶子從鼻子處移開, 以防止”回吸”(有助於保持剩餘溶液清潔) 
8. 在另一側鼻腔重複上述操作
9. 每次使用後用清潔液清洗瓶子, 蓋子和管
10. 進行沖洗過程後, 請不要立即躺下, 以防止引流所致之不適
