使用方法：
建議使用flo灌洗器。
1. 每次使用之前用沸水清洗瓶子, 管和蓋子。
2. 採用預先煮沸的微温水灌裝到巳清潔的flo瓶子至 200ml灌裝線。
3. 將所有粉末倒入瓶中。
4. 將蓋子和管緊緊的擰到瓶子上, 搖動直到所有粉末溶解。
5. 站立在靠近水槽處, 以舒服的姿勢向前彎腰並且傾斜頭部,將蓋嘴緩慢的放入到一個鼻孔中近出口位置, 張嘴並且通過口腔呼吸, 穩定並且輕柔的擠壓瓶子, 直到溶液從對側鼻孔或口腔引流出。
6. 重複上述步驟直到使用了大約一半的溶液。
7. 當瓶子需要用空氣再灌裝時, 在釋放按壓瓶子的手之前將瓶子從鼻子處移開, 以防止”回吸”(有助於保持剩餘溶液清潔) 。
8. 在另一側鼻腔重複上述操作。
9. 每次使用後用清潔液清洗瓶子, 蓋子和管。
10. 進行沖洗過程後, 請不要立即躺下, 以防止引流所致之不適。
