分為冷敷及熱敷
冷敷用於降温退熱、意外碰傷及各種運動型損傷、肌肉拉傷、扭傷、輕度燙傷
防水腫、中暑、頭痛發燒、消除疲勞、醫療急救
熱敷用於運動損傷後速進血液循環,加速復原。

使用說明：
將水注入於敷袋中 達3/4水量即可 上蓋請勿必轉緊 再將敷袋覆蓋至需要部位
冷敷 : 將冰水或是冰塊放置於袋中
熱敷 : 將70℃以下的溫水注入;勿將沸水直接倒入水袋

好處：
消腫鎮痛、緩解肌肉酸痛僵硬、運動拉傷、跌打損偒、摔傷扭傷、頸椎痛、背部疼痛等

注水後直徑：26cm
開口內徑：5cm

注意事項：
*不可直接將冰袋放進雪櫃急凍層急凍
