使用說明：
遊戲板分為六個區域，每一區域有六格。
首先抽一張遊戲卡，依照遊戲卡圖片在遊戲板上擺放號數字方塊。
玩家要將數字方塊依限制正確地擺放於遊戲板內。
限制包括：每一區域只能放致一至六號方塊各一粒，
遊戲板直及橫行不能有相同數字。

好處：
長者隨著年紀漸大，腦部機能或會開始退化，
「數獨遊戲(6X6)」能通過遊戲，訓練長者的邏輯思能力，
保持腦部活躍，從而減低腦退化的風險；
6X6的數獨較市面上普遍的9X9簡單，更加適合長者作出初嘗試。
